HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of the order date. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for your order.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Standard shipping through USPS First Class takes 1-5 days to most locations in the USA.
Expedited shipping through USPS Priority takes 1-3 days to most locations in the USA.
International shipping through USPS First Class takes 4-21 days to most locations.
Expedited International shipping through USPS Priority takes 3-10 days to most locations.

RETURN POLICY
At The Modest Collective, your satisfaction is our priority. We will gladly accept returns of unused, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date (except for products clearly marked as final sale). Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. We do not pay for the shipping costs of returning your item unless the return is due to a damaged item or incorrect order. We reserve the right to send back any product with visible signs of wear. Please refer to our FAQ page for more information on our return policy and how to make a return. Please note, we currently do not offer exchanges. 

All sale items are final sale. No returns accepted. 

MISSING PACKAGES
Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package. If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or delivery provider directly. They will be able to assist you in locating the package. We recommend checking with neighbors or building management in case the package was received on your behalf.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We carefully inspect all items before shipping, but in the unfortunate case that you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage. Your satisfaction is our priority and we will offer a full refund (with return of the product), a partial refund or an exchange based on your preference and the situation. Claims made after this window may not be eligible for resolution.
