WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once you place your order you will receive an email with your order number. Once your order is fulfilled you will receive another email confirming that your order has been shipped. You can track your order using the tracking number provided in that email.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of the order date. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Standard shipping through USPS First Class takes 1-5 days to most locations.
Expedited shipping through USPS Priority takes 1-3 days to most locations.
International shipping through USPS First Class takes 4-21 days to most locations.
Expedited International shipping through USPS Priority takes 3-10 days to most locations.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
At The Modest Collective, each piece is carefully crafted and thoroughly inspected before it reaches you. We do not accept returns or exchanges, as our designs are made in limited quantities and handled with care. However, your satisfaction is very important to us. DO YOU OFFER REWARDS?
Yes, we sure do! We want to thank all of you for shopping at The Modest Collective. That's why we created our rewards system. Our rewards can be redeemed for cash towards your next purchases. To sign up, click on the Rewards Club button in the bottom right side of our website. Just signing earns you 200 points. How sweet is that! To redeem or view your rewards, log in to your customer account.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?
Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package. If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or delivery provider directly. They will be able to assist you in locating the package. We recommend checking with neighbors or building management in case the package was received on your behalf.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED?
We carefully inspect all items before shipping, but in the unfortunate case that you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage. Your satisfaction is our priority and we will offer a full refund (with return of the product), a partial refund or an exchange based on your preference and the situation. Claims made after this window may not be eligible for resolution.
